What really excites me about these panels is how the texture complements the images of the ruins in the background. It feels like you are standing in the ruins and peering through an opening to what lies beyond. Reminiscent of my recent exploration of Corfe Castle...
love the effect of this, it's going to look wonderful as a journal cover.
ReplyDeleteThanks Bren :)

ReplyDeleteHi Holly, I've been neglecting visiting favourite blogs lately due to pain when sitting at the computer so I've got a lot to catch up on. Your Muse journals are so beautiful, I can see I'll have to come back and spend a long time here to take it all in. I'm going to check out your hint for using Picasa Mac for collage, that sounds such a good idea. Thanks for that, and thanks for your visit, it was lovely to see you there.
ReplyDeleteHi Carol! Sorry to hear about your problem with pain lately. I'm glad that you are able to get back to the computer to catch up on those blogs. Thank you so much for your compliment on the Muse Journals... I'm working on many more! Picasa is amazing and you will have a great time creating collages with it. It can be addictive ;) I really enjoyed your post today. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteI just love these, Holly! Beautiful job!
